What we stand behind
We warrant our own labour and installation against defects in workmanship for a period stated on your handover pack (typically 12 months for joinery, ceilings, and wet-room waterproofing layers we installed, unless your contract states otherwise).
What is excluded
Manufacturer defects on appliances, normal wear, damage after handover, modifications by others, and maintenance items (sealant refresh, filter changes) are excluded unless caused by our original installation error.
How to claim
Email photos, location, and date noticed. We schedule a snagging visit and remedy confirmed workmanship issues at no charge where the warranty applies.
Supplier warranties
Tiles, sanitaryware, and equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties — we pass through documentation supplied at handover.
